Can you see sea lions at the pier?
Sea lions sometimes rest on lower platforms, stairs or structures beside the pier. Their presence is possible, not guaranteed. Tide, disturbance, food availability and port activity affect where animals appear.
Observe from the public level and never descend toward an animal. Sea lions are powerful wild mammals, access ladders can be slippery and lower structures belong to an operational port. Do not feed, call, touch or use a drone to force movement.

Southern right whales may enter Golfo Nuevo during the broad June-to-December season and can sometimes be seen from the urban waterfront or pier.
